White enoki is a familiar sight in Asian grocery stores — long, slender white stems with tiny caps, grown in clusters. The cultivated form is quite different from wild enoki. Mild and slightly sweet flavour that becomes tender and silky with just a brief cook. A few seconds in a hot pot or stir-fry is all it needs. Our strain was cloned from an Asian grocery import.
